Celebrate Easter Sunday with family and friends at Che Vita with an elegant Easter Brunch Buffet inside Hilton Tampa Downtown.

Join us from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM for a festive brunch experience featuring an abundant selection of chef-crafted brunch favorites, Southern Italian specialties, and indulgent desserts.

Our culinary team will present a beautiful buffet including a Prime Rib carving station with Chianti au jus, a fresh seafood display with shrimp, oysters, and smoked salmon, and made-to-order omelets and berry ricotta-filled French toast prepared fresh for guests.

Enjoy our Italian Antipasto Corner, offering a curated selection of imported cheeses, cured meats, and marinated vegetables, along with chef specialties such as Chicken Piccata, Arrabbiata Eggs Benedict, Italian Mac & Cheese, and more.

Finish with an elegant bakery and dessert display featuring Italian sweets including Cannoli, Tiramisu, Chocolate Torte, Carrot Cake, and Olive Oil Cake, alongside our house-made breads.

Enhance your celebration with festive brunch cocktails including Mimosas or Bloody Marys, available by the glass or bottomless.
