Every MeGoShow ticket you've purchased appears automatically — upcoming shows at the top, past events archived below. No searching, no forwarding emails to yourself.
QR codes that work offline
Your ticket QR codes are cached locally the moment you open the app. At the door, airplane mode or no signal — your ticket still scans. No 'sorry, loading' at the front of the line.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Add any ticket to your native wallet with one tap. Wallet tickets appear on your lock screen when you're near the venue — no app required at the door.
Seat maps, right in the app
Browse the interactive map, zoom into sections, and see your seat's exact location before you confirm. After purchase, your seat is highlighted so you know exactly where you're going.
Ticket transfers — done in 30 seconds
Send your ticket to a friend directly from the app. Enter their email, confirm, done. No third-party resale, no screenshots, no risk. They get a notification immediately.

Works without an account
Bought tickets as a guest? Open the app and tap 'Find my tickets'. Enter your checkout email — your tickets appear without a password. Create an account whenever you're ready.
At the door
You open the app. Your ticket is right there.
The scanner at the door reads it in under a second. You're in. If your phone battery is below 20%, add your ticket to Apple Wallet first — Wallet tickets are accessible even from a lock screen with a dead battery.
For guests without an account
Bought as a guest? Still works.
Open the app and tap Find my tickets. Enter the email address you used at checkout — your tickets appear without creating a password.
If you want to save them permanently and enable transfers, you can create an account from there. You don't have to.

What the app does not do.
The MeGoShow buyer app is for people attending events — finding tickets, managing orders, and getting to the door. It is not the check-in scanning tool for venue staff and organizers. If you're running an event, you want the MeGoShow Check-In App — a separate download designed for door scanning and capacity management.

Common questions.
Do I need the app to attend a MeGoShow event?
No. Your ticket QR code is in your confirmation email and accessible via the web. The app makes it faster and more reliable — especially if you tend to lose emails or run low on data at venues.
I bought tickets on the web. Do they show up in the app?
Yes, automatically. Log in with the same email you used at checkout and your tickets are there.
Can I use the app for tickets I bought on other platforms?
No. The MeGoShow app only manages tickets purchased through MeGoShow.
What if I bought tickets as a guest (no account)?
Use the 'Find my tickets' option on the home screen — enter your checkout email and your tickets appear without an account.
Can I transfer a ticket to someone without a MeGoShow account?
Yes. They'll receive an email with a link to accept the ticket. They can accept as a guest or create an account — either way, the ticket is theirs.
What if my QR code isn't scanning at the door?
Increase your screen brightness — this is the most common fix. If it still doesn't work, staff can do a manual lookup by name or email. You won't be turned away for a QR scan failure.
Is my payment information stored in the app?
No. The app does not store card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never accessible through the buyer app.
