We don't always hit these targets — but we track them, and when we miss we follow up proactively. If you've been waiting longer than expected, reply to your original message and we'll prioritize it.

Check your confirmation email or log into your MeGoShow account. Tickets are also stored in the app.

Need a refund?

Check the event's refund policy on the event page, then submit through your order history. Most refunds process within 5–10 business days.

Payout not arrived?

Check your Stripe dashboard first — most payout delays are resolved there. If your Stripe account shows nothing, see the troubleshooting guide.

Event cancelled?

Refunds for cancelled events are processed automatically within 24 hours. No action needed on your part.
