Add and manage your payout methods

How to connect your bank account, understand payout timing, and keep your payment details up to date.

Connecting your payout account

MeGoShow uses Stripe to process payouts. To receive payments from ticket sales, you'll connect a Stripe account during onboarding — or at any point from your account settings.

If you already have a Stripe account: Go to Settings → Payouts and click Connect existing Stripe account. You'll be redirected to Stripe to authorize the connection. Once connected, your payout account is active immediately.

If you don't have a Stripe account: Click Create a Stripe account from the same screen. Stripe's onboarding takes about five minutes. You'll need your legal business name or personal name, your bank account details, and your SSN or EIN for identity verification.

Payout timing

Revenue from ticket sales is transferred to your Stripe account on a rolling basis as tickets sell. From your Stripe account, transfers to your bank account follow Stripe's standard schedule — typically 2 business days for US accounts.

MeGoShow does not impose a post-event hold. Your funds are not held until after your event completes.

Updating your payout account

  1. Go to Settings → Payouts
  2. Click Manage payout account
  3. You'll be redirected to your Stripe dashboard to update your bank account or connect a different account

Changes take effect immediately for new sales.

Multiple events, one payout account

By default, all events under your MeGoShow account use the same connected payout account. If you manage events for multiple organizations and need separate payout accounts per event, contact support.

Troubleshooting

I connected Stripe but my payouts aren't arriving. Check that your Stripe account has completed identity verification. Unverified Stripe accounts cannot receive payouts. Log into your Stripe dashboard and look for any "action required" banners.

I don't see a payout for a specific event. Check your payout history in Settings → Payouts → Payout history. Filter by event to see a breakdown.

My Stripe account was disconnected. This can happen if you revoke MeGoShow's access from your Stripe dashboard. Reconnect from Settings → Payouts.
