Connecting your payout account
MeGoShow uses Stripe Connect to route payouts. You have two paths depending on whether you already have a Stripe account.
Already have Stripe?
In your organizer dashboard, go to Settings → Payouts → Connect Stripe account. You'll be sent to Stripe's OAuth flow to authorize MeGoShow.
No Stripe account yet?
Select “Create a new Stripe account” during setup. You’ll complete Stripe’s identity verification (usually 5–10 minutes) before your account is active.
Payout timing
Payouts are processed on a rolling basis as tickets sell — not held until after your event. For verified US Stripe accounts, funds typically arrive within 2 business days of each ticket sale. There is no post-event hold and no documentation required to unlock your revenue.
Updating your payout account
To change or update your connected payout account:
Go to Settings → Payouts → Manage payout account
Click Disconnect account to unlink your current Stripe connection.
Re-connect a new Stripe account using the same OAuth flow described above.
Confirm the new account is verified and active before publishing new events.
Multiple events, one payout account
By default, all events under your organizer account pay out to the same connected Stripe account. If you manage events for multiple separate organizations and need different payout destinations, contact support — we can help configure this at the account level.
Troubleshooting
Stripe account not fully verified
Check your Stripe dashboard for any pending identity or banking verification steps. MeGoShow cannot process payouts until Stripe marks your account as active.
Payout expected but not received
Check your payout history in Settings → Payouts → History. If a payout shows as sent but hasn't arrived, allow 2–5 business days before contacting Stripe or your bank.
Stripe account disconnected
If your Stripe connection was revoked (by you or Stripe), payouts will pause. Reconnect via Settings → Payouts → Connect Stripe account.
