Troubleshoot Delayed or Missing Payouts

What to check first, what we can see on our end, and how to get it resolved fast.

Start here

  1. Check your Settings → Payouts → Payout history to confirm the payout was issued.
  2. Log in to your Stripe dashboard to verify the transfer arrived in Stripe.
  3. Check your bank account — standard transfer time is 1–2 business days from Stripe.

Common reasons payouts are delayed

Stripe identity verification incomplete. If your Stripe account has outstanding verification requirements, Stripe holds funds until the review is complete. Check your Stripe dashboard for any "Action required" banners.

Bank account details incorrect. A rejected transfer typically returns to your Stripe balance within 5 business days. Update your bank details in Stripe and contact us to re-issue.

Payout scheduled but not yet disbursed. Check the payout status in your Payout history — "Processing" means it's been sent to Stripe but not yet to your bank.

If you've checked all of the above and your payout is still missing, open a support ticket with your event name and the payout date. We'll investigate on our end within 4 business hours.
