This two-hour class is designed to feel like a slow, elegant morning spent baking, learning, and enjoying tea together.
During class, you’ll mix and shape your own Smoke Gouda & Green Onion or Vanilla scone dough to take home and bake fresh in your own kitchen. We’ll walk through technique, texture, and timing so you feel confident recreating tender, beautifully balanced scones every time.
You’ll also learn the basics of sourdough starter what it is, how to care for it, and how it can be used in your own baking. Each guest will feed an active sourdough starter in class and take it home, giving you the foundation to continue your sourdough journey beyond the morning.
While we work, you’ll enjoy freshly baked Smoked Gouda & Green Onion Scones & Vanilla Scones. This allows you to taste the final result while keeping the class relaxed and unhurried.
You’ll leave with your prepared scone dough, a living sourdough starter, printed recipes, and the calm satisfaction of having spent your morning immersed in something timeless.
