Billing and Plan Management

View your current plan, upgrade, download receipts, and understand your fees.

View your current plan

Go to Account → Billing to see your current subscription plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date.

Upgrade or change your plan

  1. Go to Account → Billing → Change plan.
  2. Select the plan you want. A summary of the changes and the prorated charge or credit is shown.
  3. Click Confirm. Your plan changes immediately and your billing date resets to today.

Download billing receipts

Go to Account → Billing → Billing history to see all past charges. Click Download receipt next to any charge to get a PDF receipt for your records.

Understand MeGoShow's fee structure

MeGoShow charges a per-ticket fee on paid events. See the full breakdown on the Fees page.

Cancel your subscription

Go to Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Free events continue to work after cancellation — paid event publishing requires an active plan.
