Export Data, Deactivate, or Delete Your Account
How to export your organizer data, temporarily deactivate, or permanently delete your MeGoShow account.
Export your account data
You can download a complete export of your organizer data at any time — events, orders, attendee lists, payout history, and analytics.
- Go to Account → Privacy → Export data.
- Click Request export.
- You'll receive an email within 24 hours with a download link. The export is a ZIP file containing CSV files for each data type.
Deactivate your account
Deactivating your account hides your organizer profile and pauses all events without deleting any data. You can reactivate at any time by signing back in.
- Go to Account → Privacy → Deactivate account.
- Confirm by entering your password.
- Your account is immediately deactivated. Buyers with existing tickets are unaffected.
Reactivate a deactivated account
Sign in with your email and password. You'll be prompted to confirm reactivation. Your events and data are restored immediately.
Delete your account permanently
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your events, orders, and data are permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Before deleting:
- Export your data (see above).
- Ensure all pending payouts have been received.
- Cancel any upcoming events and process refunds for ticket holders.
To request deletion, contact support. We'll verify your identity and initiate the deletion process.
