Manage Notification Preferences
Choose which alerts you receive — sales, refunds, check-in activity, and daily summaries.
Access your notification settings
Go to Account → Notifications to see and configure all email notification settings for your organizer account.
Available notification types
| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| Ticket sale | Sent every time a ticket is purchased. Can be muted for high-volume events. |
| Refund request | Sent when a buyer requests a refund that requires organizer approval. |
| Daily summary | A daily digest of total sales, revenue, and check-in stats for all active events. |
| Payout processed | Sent when a payout is issued from your event earnings. |
| Check-in milestone | Alerts when check-in reaches 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of capacity on event day. |
| Sold out | Sent when a ticket tier sells out. |
Sales alerts for high-volume events
For busy events, individual sale notifications can be overwhelming. Switch to Sales alert frequency: Hourly digest to receive a single email each hour with your total sales for that period instead of one per transaction.
