Embed Your Event on Another Website

Embed options

MeGoShow provides two embed options: a button widget (a Buy Tickets button that opens checkout) and a full event card (shows your event image, title, date, and a Buy Tickets button in a styled card).

Get your embed code

1. Go to Organizer Dashboard → Your event → Marketing → Embed.
2. Choose your embed type: Button or Event card.
3. Customize the button label and color if needed.
4. Click Copy code to copy the HTML snippet.

Add the code to your website

Paste the HTML snippet into your website's HTML editor. The embed works on any site that supports custom HTML — WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, and others.

WordPress: Use a Custom HTML block in the Gutenberg editor and paste the snippet.

Squarespace: Add a Code block and paste the snippet.

Webflow: Use an Embed component and paste the snippet.

How the checkout works

When a buyer clicks the button on your site, MeGoShow's checkout opens in a modal overlay — they never leave your website. After purchasing, they receive their confirmation email as normal.

Add a Buy Tickets button to an email

Email clients don't support JavaScript, so the embed button won't work in email. Instead, use a standard hyperlink to your event URL and style it as a button in your email tool.
