Add Images and Video to Your Event Page
Make your event page convert — hero images, video embeds, and best practices.
Hero image
Your event's hero image is the first thing buyers see. Recommended size: 1200×630px minimum. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP.
Tips for a high-converting hero image:
- Use a photo that shows the energy of the event — crowds, performers, or the venue
- Avoid text-heavy images (the event title is already shown as a heading)
- Bright, high-contrast images outperform dark or busy ones in click-through tests
Gallery
Add up to 10 gallery images to showcase your event from multiple angles. Gallery images appear as a carousel or grid depending on your event's gallery mode setting.
Video
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL into the video field and it will embed automatically on your event page. Video autoplay is disabled to avoid disrupting the checkout experience.
