Kickback Referral Links

Give promoters a unique link and automatically pay them a commission for every ticket they sell.

What is a Kickback link?

A Kickback link is a unique URL you create for a promoter, ambassador, or partner. Every ticket sold through their link earns them a commission that you configure. Payouts to promoters happen automatically after your event — no manual tracking required.

Create a Kickback link

  1. Go to Organizer Dashboard → Your event → Marketing → Kickback links.
  2. Click Create link.
  3. Enter the promoter's name and email address.
  4. Set the commission: Percentage per ticket (e.g. 10%) or Flat dollar per ticket (e.g. $5 per ticket sold).
  5. Optionally set a cap (maximum total commission payout).
  6. Click Create. A unique URL is generated and emailed to the promoter.

Track performance

Go to Marketing → Kickback links to see each link's click count, tickets sold, and commission owed. Click any link for a full breakdown of orders attributed to it.

Pay out your promoters

Kickback commissions are paid out automatically after the event's payout period closes. Your promoter receives a direct payout to their connected account (or a manual transfer if they haven't connected one). You'll see a line item in your payout summary for each Kickback payout.

To pay a promoter early, go to Marketing → Kickback links → their link → Pay now.

Deactivate a Kickback link

Click the link name and toggle Active off. The link stops tracking new sales immediately. The promoter's existing commission from prior sales is unaffected.
