Summer 2025 will herald a new beginning for Alessi Bakeries and Tampa Bay. We will be moving to our new, purpose-built 20,000 sq foot building, practically next door, so you can’t miss it. With a new building comes a new name and new offerings. Alessi Bakeries Food Market. Under one roof, we will offer a full Liquor Bar and a wood-fired Neapolitan pizza section, alongside a first-of-its-kind Rotisserie Chicken Bar, complete with Gourmet Salads and oven-roasted vegetable combinations available day and night, to dine in or Take Home. A dedicated Café will offer the healthier side of Breakfast/Brunch with create-your-own Bowls of Acai, Fresh Fruit Salad, Granolas, Muesli, Yogurts, Smoothies and shakes, and of course, some of the best coffee in town. The Bakery products will be expanded to 11 Cake and Cookie Display Cabinets, so come hungry! The Deli and Catering departments will be state-of-the-art, with multiple Cooking Lines and Stations to ensure your orders are cooked on the spot and in your hands as quickly as humanly possible. And to entertain the kids, we will have a petting zoo out the back, where the young ones and the young at heart can get up close and personal and even feed the animals. We are also super excited to welcome the 5th generation of Alessi family to business with Philip 111 and Aidan who have now joined their father and are cutting their teeth under the priceless guidance of the best in the business Phil Jr. The future sure does look rosy for Alessi Bakeries and Tampa Bay, see you there soon!
