No illegal or deceptive activity
You may not use MeGoShow to promote, sell, facilitate, or misrepresent illegal events, fraudulent listings, counterfeit tickets, unauthorized resale, or any transaction intended to deceive attendees, partners, or regulators.
Event listings must accurately describe the organizer, venue, date, refund terms, seat or ticket access, and any age or entry restrictions.
No abuse of the platform
Do not attempt to bypass fees, interfere with payment flows, scrape protected data, disrupt other users, reverse engineer private systems, or use automation to degrade platform performance or availability.
Security testing requires prior written permission from MeGoShow. Unauthorized probing, credential abuse, or attempts to access other accounts are prohibited.
Content and conduct standards
Content uploaded to MeGoShow must not infringe intellectual property rights, expose private data without permission, include malware, or promote hate, harassment, exploitation, or violence.
Organizers are responsible for ensuring that event pages, attendee messaging, and uploaded assets are lawful and appropriate for their audience.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must honor their stated refund policies, fulfill events as advertised, protect attendee information, and use buyer data only for event operations or other uses expressly permitted by the buyer.
Using attendee information for unrelated marketing, resale, or data brokerage is prohibited without a separate lawful basis and proper consent.
Enforcement
MeGoShow may suspend listings, remove content, freeze payouts, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create risk for buyers, organizers, or the platform.
