Organizers receive buyer information needed to operate their events, such as names, emails, ticket tiers, and order details. Payment processors and infrastructure vendors receive the limited data required to provide their services on our behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of MeGoShow, event organizers, buyers, or the public.

We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we store. No system is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your account credentials and contact us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can update account information through your profile, opt out of non-essential marketing communications, and request account assistance through support.
