Full terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of MeGoShow by buyers, organizers, staff, and other users of the platform.
Last updated May 4, 2026
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using MeGoShow, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any event-specific policies presented during checkout or organizer onboarding.
If you use MeGoShow on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Accounts and platform access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect fraud, security risks, policy violations, payment issues, or misuse of the platform.
Buyer terms
A ticket purchase creates a contract between the buyer and the event organizer. MeGoShow processes the transaction and provides delivery, support, and trust tooling, but it is not the organizer unless explicitly stated on the event page.
Refunds, transfers, event changes, and admission rules are governed by the event listing, organizer policy, and any applicable buyer-protection commitments provided by MeGoShow.
Organizer terms
Organizers must have the authority to host the events they list, sell the tickets they offer, and collect the associated revenue. Organizers are responsible for event accuracy, fulfillment, attendee communications, refund handling, and lawful use of attendee information.
MeGoShow may delay payouts, place reserves, or recover funds when needed to address fraud, disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, or other platform risk.
Fees, payments, and payouts
Platform fees, payment processing fees, payout timing, and any applicable taxes are disclosed during onboarding or checkout. By completing a transaction, you authorize the associated charges and agree to the pricing disclosed at that time.
Payment services may be provided by third-party processors. Their terms apply to the payment relationship they manage on behalf of MeGoShow or the organizer.
Content, licenses, and restrictions
You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but you grant MeGoShow a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the platform and listed events.
You may not use MeGoShow in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the rights of other users, venues, performers, rights holders, or partners.
Disclaimers and liability limits
MeGoShow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, MeGoShow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount paid to MeGoShow in connection with that transaction.
Termination and governing law
We may suspend or terminate access to MeGoShow when needed to enforce these terms, protect the platform, or comply with legal obligations. Sections that reasonably should survive termination remain in effect after access ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@megoshow.com.
