Creating and managing your event

Everything from first event setup to venue configuration, day-of check-in, and ongoing event management.

Start a new event

From your Organizer Dashboard, click New event. You'll be guided through:

  1. Event basics (title, date, time, location)
  2. Event description (use the rich text editor to format)
  3. Ticket types and pricing
  4. Venue and seating (optional — use the seating map builder)
  5. Gallery images (recommended: 1200×630px minimum)
  6. Review and publish

Event visibility

New events start as Draft. When you're ready, click Publish to make the event live and visible to buyers. You can also schedule a publish date.

Editing after publishing

You can edit your event description, images, and ticket types after publishing. Significant changes (date, venue, cancellation) trigger automatic notifications to ticket holders.
