Tickets

Create and manage ticket types

GA tiers, VIP packages, early bird pricing, password-protected tiers, payment plans, and add-ons.

Creating a ticket type

From your Organizer Dashboard, go to your event and click Ticket Types → Add ticket type.

Each ticket type includes:

  • Name (e.g. "General Admission", "VIP", "Early Bird")
  • Price (or free)
  • Capacity (total quantity available)
  • Sale window (start and end dates)
  • Visibility (public, password-protected, or invite-only)
  • Per-order limits

Early bird pricing

Set an end date on your early bird tier. When the sale window closes, that tier automatically becomes unavailable. Buyers who purchased at the early bird rate keep their tickets — only new purchases are affected.

Password-protected tiers

Create a ticket type with a password to make it visible only to buyers who have the code. Useful for industry guests, media, and VIP lists.

Editing ticket types after sales have started

You can edit the name, description, and sale window after tickets have sold. Price changes apply only to future purchases. Capacity can be increased at any time; decreasing capacity below current sales is blocked.
